About these terms

By using this website or buying from Pradhan Press ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms. The seller's details are shown at the bottom of this page.

What we sell

Digital products only: ebooks and digital files such as worksheets, templates, audio or video, sometimes sold together as a bundle or kit. There are no physical goods and nothing is shipped. The product page shows the format, language and what is included.

Your licence

Each purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the files for yourself. You may not resell, share, upload, publish or redistribute them, in whole or in part.

Prices and payment

Prices are set in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices shown in other currencies are approximate; you are charged in INR unless the checkout clearly shows another currency. Payments are processed by Razorpay. If a price is shown wrongly because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Delivery

After a successful payment, your files are delivered instantly: by email, on a secure download page, and in My Library. See the Delivery policy.

Accounts

You log in with Google or a one-time email link. Keep access to your email account secure; anyone who can read your email can log in to your library.

Reviews

Only customers who bought a title can review it. Reviews must be honest, about the product, and must not contain abusive, illegal or personal information. We may hide or remove reviews that break these rules, and we do not edit what you write. We never publish fake reviews.

AI helper

The chat helper on this website gives automatic answers that can be wrong or incomplete. Product pages, these terms and our policies are the correct source. For order problems, contact us directly.

Intellectual property

All content is owned by Pradhan Press or its licensors and is protected by copyright law.

Liability

Products are provided for information and education and are not professional (financial, legal or medical) advice. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will first be handled through our grievance process; after that, the courts having jurisdiction over the seller's address will decide.
