Delivery policy

Instant digital delivery

All products are delivered digitally. There is no physical shipping and no shipping charge. Right after a successful payment: (1) we email the files (or download links for large files) to the address you entered, (2) you see a secure download page, and (3) the product is added to My Library.

Download limits

The link on the download page works for a limited time and number of downloads, for security. Your purchases always stay available in My Library: log in with Google or a one-time email link using the same email address.

Did not get your files?

Check your spam or promotions folder, log in to My Library with the same email, or use Recover order with your Razorpay Payment ID. If that does not work, call +91 94382 87616 and we will deliver your files within 24 hours.
