Because files are delivered instantly by email and in My Library, an order cannot be cancelled after the payment succeeds, and we generally do not refund after delivery. Please read the free preview and product details before buying.

When we do refund

You get a full refund if: you were charged twice for the same order; the payment succeeded but you did not receive your files and we cannot fix it; or the file is damaged or clearly not as described and we cannot give you a working replacement.

How to request

Within 7 days of purchase, call +91 94382 87616 with your Razorpay Payment ID (it starts with "pay_") and the reason.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method through Razorpay. Razorpay usually completes them within 5–7 business days; your bank may take a few more days to show the money.
